Progression Session Wk 1 - 07 Jan 2022

From Jan 2022 to start the month we have a progression session which looks at this month's unique BiZHUB topic. This month is "Vision" and how to better prepare for leading your business forward.

This is your monthly opportunity to deep dive and to discuss the issues surrounding the topic within your business. We may have workbooks, checklists or other support material and this interactive session will allow you to clarify any questions that have arisen to help you get the most out of the two upcoming talks this month.

In this session you can discuss how each topic affects your business and plan for the speakers the following two weeks. This gives you the chance to review what you are unclear on, what you need to take action on and any other additional resources you need and maximise the takeaways from each speaker's talk.
