If you are a local business you’ll be familiar with The Shed ground floor concourse. Open since May 2021 the space is buzzing with street food vendors, bars, shops, and a theatre.
If you’ve looked up inside The Shed recently you may also have noticed the currently empty mezzanine level.
Spanning around 2,500 square feet the space is being converted into a suite of thirteen small self-contained offices
All offices will have a view out over the Mezzanine, some will also boast a view across to the town park.?

SiGNAL is bringing these offices to market in December 2022 with prices starting at £350.00 + VAT PCM for a two-person office. Fit-out is scheduled to begin in October 2022 and the private offices are expected to be ready to move into before the end of the year.
