The hospitality sector reopened its doors to inside dining this week, bringing a burst of much-needed footfall to our town centres.

A shopping trip is just so much more appealing now we can pop into a pub or café!  What a relief for our hospitality businesses and their supply chains that this opening up has gone ahead as planned. 

Also relieved is the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company as now its flagship retail emporium, The Shed in Bordon can open its doors as planned this weekend. 

The Shed, a conglomeration of local independent bars, eateries, and shops, was first conceived in 2016 and has been 4 years in the making.

The last year has no doubt been a challenge for everyone involved but now exciting times beckon as this medley of fourteen local operators get ready to launch themselves into a hopefully booming second half of 2021.  

It might be said that there has never been a better time to open such a venture. Months of pent-up demand and household savings promises a golden few months ahead. Residents of Bordon are poised to welcome their first exciting retail destination for generations - and it could provide an amazing opportunity for some local Artists, Photographers, and Craftspeople looking to exhibit and sell their creations.  

Introducing SiGNAL Studio @ The Shed 

SiGNAL is taking this amazing local opportunity to open a pop-up gallery and gift shop. We wanted to help our small businesses have a presence in the town centre right from the outset.

Our exhibitors include local furniture makers, jewelers, painters, and woodblock artists to name a few. Our only criteria are that the business has a local connection and is kind to people and the planet.
