New to Bordon - Flexible Workbench Hire

Exciting developments are afoot at SiGNAL in Bordon, we're refurbishing the two bungalows on our site to provide flexible workbench hire!
Inspired by projects like Building BloQs and the Blackhorse Workshop in London, our aim is to create a workspace that local trades, small businesses and makers can use for any project that requires a bench and room to work. Workbenches can be hired by the half day, and more permanent space is also available for anyone who needs somewhere affordable to work in Bordon.
Currently our refurb team are securing the site, giving it a fresh lick of paint and doing the fit out. We'll be opening towards the end of February and celebrating with a launch party in early March. Unlike Martinique House, our main workspace which is perfect for business owners who want to plug in their laptop to work or need meeting room hire, the SiGNAL Workshop is for people who like to get their hands dirty!
Whether you work with wood, metal, textiles or another other materials, this space is for you!
To use the SiGNAL Workshop and hire a workbench you'll need to become a member. Annual membership gives you access to the facilities and sets you up with an induction to the workshop.
Everyone who wants to use the workshop will need to complete an induction and become a member, it's for Health & Safety and to ensure everyone uses the space efficiently.
Once you've got your annual membership and induction you can then book a workbench on a pay-as-you-go basis. This means you can use the workshop when you need it, rather than paying for premises that might be empty while you're working elsewhere. We've also got secure storage onsite, so if you want to store tools or materials while using the workshop, you can hire a container on a weekly basis.

You're also invited to our launch party on Thursday 7th March. We'll be running tours of the workspace and answering any questions you may have.
