This is a common-sense document asking you to behave like a responsible and considerate human being at all times while you are on our premises, in our grounds or our online platforms.

Here are some examples of ethical and responsible behaviour - it is not exhaustive!

Please always do the following:

• Be considerate of our community and the wider community

• Always respect the rights of others

• Avoid racist, misogynist, sexist, homophobic language or behaviour

• Respect our property and that of other people

• Keep noise to an acceptable level

• Leave any space that you use in the same state that you found it

• Take your rubbish with you

• Always lock up the premises and check windows, lights, toilets, and taps

• Lock away all equipment as requested

• Leave the building quietly and ask your customers or guests to do the same

• Abide by the terms of your contract
