The amenities at Signal are excellent - what particularly struck me was how very clean and bright it is - which is a refreshing change for an older building. It has been tastefully done with the clean white walls - I love the Signal logos everywhere - and the toilets were spotless. Kitchen is big, clean and has all the essentials for a quick cup of coffee - and great that it is all free - except for the machine coffee - and thank you for mine - it is rather special to have machine coffee when having paid for a training course.

A friend and I had been looking for an office for a few months when she suggested we look at a space that was coming available in the Bungalow at Signal in Bordon. It ticked all my boxes and I quickly set to getting my things together to move in. It wasn’t until we had physically moved in that I fully realized what a wonderful space it is! The office is very roomy, we’ve got a gorgeous big window, loads of power points to plug everything in, and some really wonderful people that also share the Bungalow. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely really kind. And they really look after each other; if someone is in the kitchen making a cup of tea, they will usually check in to see if anyone else wants one too. Communal lunches on Friday are not an uncommon sight and brought in baked goods and biscuits are happily shared.
One of the many things that I have really appreciated is the business services that are included (printing, receiving packages, etc) as well as the networking events. Everyone in the Signal office is so responsive and is always on hand to help. As a small business, I really feel incredibly supported. When deliveries are received at the main office reception at Martinique House, it’s not too long before Claire or Gareth bring them over - rain or shine - and have a bit of a chat. If someone isn’t in their office, a note will be sent via Whatsapp and invariably, someone will take the package to a safe place for when the recipient does come in. To sum up Signal in a word, I’d have to say: Community.
Seven months on and we are all settled in and have the office set up, it’s warm and cosy - exactly the way we wanted. I honestly could not be happier to be there! After spending a couple of years working from home, it is such a treat to have a space that is bright and cheery, and to be around people who are so lovely is such a treat. I frequently tell my office mate how much I love our space and the way Signal works.

Signal is definitely the number one place to be if you are a soletrader, small business owner or someone considering becoming one of these. I started as a soletrader late last year and honestly didn't have a clue what to do. The team and community at Signal have provided me with all the support and advice I could possibly need and more! Fantastic facilities run by fantastic people. But it's more than a building it truly is a hub for local businesses. The knowledge and resources available are brilliant. They have effectively pivoted to hosting online courses & events in during Covid-19 lockdown to ensure they offer the same level of support as they normally would. Found Signal very useful to create a foundation of Instagram knowledge to apply to our business. I booked into a social media intro session and had a really valuable, one-to-one session with Gareth that really helped me focus on some core ‘must do’ disciplines. I certainly found Gareth’s insights and knowledge superb - such that I have grown our business account following significantly. I will shortly be attending their August social media 1/2 day training on using ‘reels’ in Instagram.

We have been tenants at the Shed for nearly a year now and have started to discover the full SigNAL experience.
We are a Design & Build commercial construction outfit attached to a much larger building contractor, this being our satellite showroom and office.
Unlike most serviced office providers, Signal have created a 'business hub', very much a business 'eco system', in which all are included and which offers a multitude of opportunities for interactive work, business support, learning and sharing knowledge.
We have met new client's and new suppliers have met us through this network already. There is no pressure to attend events, but you are heartily welcomed when you do.
The Whitehill and Bordon Regeneration Project is particularly interesting and an important investment in the locality and in which Signal are closely involved.
We have gained an enormous amount of knowledge from attending the Signal organised Friday BOSC events in which they have secured some great speakers on the subject (developers, planners and councillors providing reliable information as to the plans and progress of the new town) as well as some great business talent sharing their knowledge. The presenters are great fun as well!
