At SiGNAL we have a variety of offices to let that provide small and micro businesses with flexible and affordable office space. There are several offices upstairs in Martinique House, with meeting rooms also available to hire, as well as offices in the new SiGNAL Workshop next door. Residents have access to our kitchen (including free tea & coffee) and bathroom facilities, free WiFI, on site parking and can also access a range of business support and services at SiGNAL.
With a variety of different sized offices we have space for everyone! Most individual offices are suitable for between 4-8 people, to find one that suits you give us a call to arrange a tour!

With a rolling contract and 1 month notice period, it's a flexible solution to your workspace needs.
