As part of a management buy-out team he grew his small company IntelliFlo, which provided software for Financial Services, to become a major player in its market in 7 years and then sold it.
As a successful business leader he now works with a range of clients from start ups through to well established companies that have multi-million turnover. Helping owners take their business from the edge of insolvency back to a healthy, growing business.
Today he will look at the key ingredients of leadership, and why it should be important to you. Interspersed with anecdotes and real life stories, this talk will give you a solid insight to leadership and leave you with some practical exercises to work on that will have a genuine impact on any aspect of your business or life.
